Fans of computer-generated animation are likely to enjoy Small Soldiers, a new movie from Dreamworks featuring Tommy Lee Jones, the late Phil Hartman, Kirsten Durst and Gregory Smith. Released to US audiences in July, Small Soldiers tells the story of a military weapons company which decides to diversify into toy manufacturing. The card set from Inkworks contains 90 regular sized trading cards featuring scenes from the film and features special cut-out cards of the main characters. Included in each eight card pack is one of nine special tattoo cards. Additional inserts include six glow-in-the-dark Battle Cards featuring the film's fighting scenes (1:27 packs), one Troop Tribute card featuring a double sided etched-foil effect (1:108 packs) and autograph cards signed by Gregory Smith, Kirsten Dunst, Joe Dante (director) and Stan Winston (special effects designer). Display boxes contain 36 packs and Inkworks have designed a special Small Soldiers collectors' album for storing and displaying the set. In Europe, Merlin holds the license for producing the Small Soldiers sticker collection, which is available now and includes special prismatic stickers.
