Launched in summer 2001, Trading Card World, or TCW, is the UK's only non-subscription entertainment card magazine. Each issue contains the latest trading card news and features, release dates, previews and reviews of new sets, the CCG update pages and the TCW Collectors Price Guide. The magazine also comes with free promo cards, some of which are UK exclusives. TCW is published monthly and is available through newsagents such as WH Smith.

Published bi-monthly, Non-Sport Update is one of the USA's leading non-sports trading card magazines. Each issue includes information on new and older card sets, release dates, the Finders Keepers pages with details of unusual cards to watch out for and the exclusive Non-Sport Update Price Guide section. Non-Sport Update comes bagged with free promo cards and is available in the UK through specialist collectors shops and comic stores.

Previews is Diamond Comic Distributors' monthly magazine/catalogue, providing information on comics and related collectables. Each issue contains sections covering comics, magazines, books, international collectables, videos, games/CCGs and trading cards, along with features and top tens showing the best selling products. The Previews UK section of the catalogue gives details of merchandise only available to UK collectors. Whilst largely comics-orientated, Previews is a good way to keep track of forthcoming American trading card releases. In recent months, Previews has featured a variety of free promo cards. Previews is available through comic shops and specialist stores.
